Library users
All libraries which are largely financed through public funds (i.e. 52% or higher) may use the subito Library Service.
Deliveries are possible for all users failing into the countries GermanyAustriaLiechtensteinSwitzerland =(GALS) or into all other countries of the world except USA and Great Britain.
The following are ways to qualify as a user of the subito Library Service: The library orders from subito on behalf of one of its own library users, accepts the document on behalf of the library user and hands the user the copy of the article, the book or the copy made from a book.
The subito Library Service is not available to commercial users, i.e. it may only be used by all library users who are assigned to user group 1 or user group 3 in the subito direct customer service.
Libraries which are resident outside the contries Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein and Switzerland may order documents to licence for library users only who are assigned to user group 5 in the suhbito direct customer service.
Furthermore, the ordering library may not bill the user for any additional amounts.
